I visited your Luton branch this Wednesday with my 90 year old mother for her annual check up.
As usual the customer service was excellent and in particular I found Aisha to be outstanding. She clearly loves her job which shows in her constant smile, politeness and ensuring that whilst waiting we were offered drinks. I also observed her when a potential customer came in and began looking at glasses, to which she gave her complete attention to him in an attempt to secure a sale, but not appearing to pushy and at the same time not forgetting that I was still waiting for my mother to finish her consultation, thus ensuring that I was not ignored.
Jenny, well want can I say, as always her knowledge and skills are first rate, especially when it comes to repairing my glasses yet again. She also dealt with a new client, who had been recommended and Jenny spent as long as was necessary to ensure that the person left with a pair of glasses that not only she looked good in, but felt that the price paid was good value for money. Even though this person pushed Jenny for more discounts, Jenny stood firm and instead explained the advantages of the lenses and frame that she had chosen and demonstrated the superior service that Brown & White offer over your rivals. The lady left very happy.
Having spoken to my mother, she told me how comprehensive her examination was and was presently surprised by the cost of the new glasses purchased as she was expecting to pay a lot more. She also told me on the way home, how nice and polite the girls were.
So in conclusion, a brilliant and perfect experience and congratulations to you in training your staff so well, both Jenny and Aisha are an asset to the company and you should be proud of them.
