On Thursday 8th December my husband and I visited you for a routine eye examination. We were extremely impressed with the wonderful equipment you have had installed, but we were also impressed and very appreciative of your attitude, your patience and your willingness to painstakingly explain the images which the equipment had produced. I a world where thoroughness and professionalism seems to rapidly be becoming a thing of the past it is very reassuring to find that you still maintain those worthy qualities.
